In this year's Intramurals of Ilocos Sur National High School became a memorable event to every students especially to the athletes . Cheering their teams, fighting for their levels and making their selves proud are the things I saw when I'm observing the said event. The guess speaker told us how he was before and how he became disciplined and well trained person. Inspiring us to show our talents, skills and artistic side. As an athlete, it's very hard to manage our time for our family and trainings but we are doing this for ourselves, family, school and for our future. To                           become stronger and better!

showcase on the latest innovations in technologies, products, and research that can help achieve the 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
The Science Department headed by the OIC Mrs. Eloisa Aquino of Ilocos Sur National High school conducted many activities. Scitrix, Exhibitions competitions about environmental issues and the highlight of this science Month celebration, The Ginoo at Binibining Kalikasan 2019. Joy and Fun, encounter the different things because science, can explain everything.

THE SUCCESS BEHIND THE SMILE

Through this program, the learners’ full potential is given the greatest attention by creating a happier and more positive school culture.

The movement aims to brighten the minds of pupils that school is not just a place for learning but also a place for fun and enjoyment as they enjoy what they are doing.

 

The teachers are the key to this activity. Educating the students, keeping in their minds the core values and discipline for the betterment not just for the students but also, to the environment and future .

VIVA! VIGAN!

"To preserve the heritage of the city, the city government established an event where all of its residents called Biguenos to come out of their ancestral or modern-age houses to join other residents of Ilocos Sur to once more relish the Ilocano culture and the history of Vigan through songs, dances, stage plays, literature, street drama complete with floats," said Mayor Juan Carlo Medina.

For this year’s celebration of World Heritage Solidarity Cultural Festival, the Vigan City's celebration of the solidarity of World Heritage Sites enlisted by UNESCO is very different from the recent celebration. Going back to the vintage times where the people and the community, the word "culture" is very meaningful to them. I am so glad that the Vigan City is having the Solidarity Cultural Festival to show to the people, to bring back the beautiful life before and how Vigan became one of the Seven Wonder Cities of the World. The Highlights of this event are the competitions which is held at the Vigan Convention Center which makes the celebration more festive.

Andito ako ngayon upang hikayatin kayo

Iba't ibang tradisyon, kultura, wika at diyalekto
Taglay ng mga katutubong hinati hati at grinupo- grupo.

Hiligaynon, Bicolano, Tagalog at Iloko
Ilan sa mga bumubuo ng wikang Filipino
Wikang nabuo mula pa sa mga pangkat etniko
At ito ang mga wikang katutubo na dapat pahalagahan at hindi ang mga "Oppa, Saranghaeyo!"

Wala namang masama sa mga wikang banyaga
Ngunit bakit parang tayo pa ang tumutulak sa ating sarili upang kalimutan ang sariling wika?
Masaya ka ba? Na ang sarili mong wika'y itinataboy mo na?
At ang katotohanang ikaw ay dugong Pilipino, ito narin ay iyong ikinakahiya.

Isipin ninyo na ako ang Wikang Filipino
At nais ko kayong batiin ng magandang araw sa inyo mahal kong katutubo
Ngayon, may pagkakataon na akong makapagsalita sa harap ninyo
At maraming katanungan ang bumabalot sa isipan ko.

Sa panahon ngayon hindi ko na alam kung sino pa ba ang nakakakilala sa akin o hindi
Dahil hindi ko na alam kung sino ang nagbago o nanatili
Hindi ko na alam kung paano kita makukumbinsi
Na bumalik sa akin at ako'y yakaping muli.

Mahal kong katutubo, bakit mo ito ginagawa sa akin?
Mahirap ba akong mahalin?
Maharil ay hindi mo nakikita ang halaga ko dahil sa iba ka nakatingin

Hindi mo na ba naaalala?

Wikang Filipino sadyang kailangan sa lahat ng pagkakataon
Nagiging mas mabilis ang daan para sa komunikasyon
Nagsisilbing daan din upang dumami ang nga ideya't opinyon
Pinagkakaisa rin ang makasaysayang kultura't tradisyon.

Wala ng ibang magmamahal sa ating sariling wika kundi tayo
Kaya nararapat lamang na payabungin natin ito
Dahil ito ang nagsisilbing tanging yaman ng sambayanang Pilipino
Ang Wikang Filipino. Wika mo. Wika ko.

Kailangang aralin ang sariling wika upang tayong lahat ay magkakaunawaan
Magkakaintindihan ang buong sambayanan
Magkakaisa lahat ng mamamayan
Tungo sa iisang bansa? Pilipinas perlas ng silanganan.
